Certified Restoration Services, LLC is a water damage mitigation, mold remediation and residential rehabilitation company based in Trevose, Pennsylvania. We are veteran-owned, with more than twenty-five years of restoration work in this region, and a take-charge crew that is accountable for every job from the first call to the final walkthrough. That is why the estimate matches the work and the work matches the claim.
Who we are
A restoration company that does the whole job
Most restoration companies do one of two things: they show up with fans and leave, or they rebuild what someone else dried. We do both, with the same crew, under one license. Water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, and then the drywall, flooring, trim and paint that put your home back. Because we rebuild what we dry, we have no incentive to leave anything wet.
We started in water and mold and we still follow IICRC S500 and S520 standards in both. Over the last several years we have grown into full residential rehabilitation: plumbing, electrical, flooring and whole-home renovations for homeowners and for investors who buy and rehab properties across Delaware County and Philadelphia. The restoration discipline carries over: document everything, dry it properly, build it once.
We work directly with insurance carriers as a preferred provider on water and mold losses. That means Xactimate and Symbility estimates, photo logs and moisture readings on every job, and an adjuster who gets answers from us instead of from you.
