Water Damage Restoration in Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware & Philadelphia Counties

Burst pipe, failed water heater, washer overflow, storm intrusion: we extract the water, dry the structure with daily moisture readings, treat for microbial growth and rebuild what was removed. We follow the IICRC S500 water restoration standard and we write every estimate in Xactimate or Symbility so your adjuster can read it line by line.

Act now if you see

Signs you need professional water damage help today

Water travels. What you see on the surface is usually a fraction of what is inside the wall, under the floor or above the ceiling.

Standing water or soaked carpet

Any water left more than a few hours soaks subfloor and drywall. Extraction within the first day keeps the job small.

Ceiling stain, bubble or sag

Water is pooling above the drywall. Do not poke it; call before it lets go.

Musty odor within 24–48 hours

That smell is the start of microbial growth. Drying stops it; waiting makes it a mold job.

Warped floors or swollen trim

Hardwood cupping and MDF swelling mean the moisture has been there for days.

Water heater, washer or dishwasher failure

Appliance failures dump dozens of gallons fast and are usually covered as sudden and accidental.

Sump pump failed during a storm

Groundwater in the basement. Power outages are the usual cause. See our basement page for what is typically covered.

Questions

Water damage FAQs

How long does water damage restoration take?

Drying typically takes three to five days depending on materials and how long the water sat. Rebuild time depends on scope. We give you a written timeline after the inspection and update it with each daily reading.

How long before water damage causes mold?

Growth can begin within 24 to 48 hours on wet drywall, wood and carpet. That is why we treat extraction as an emergency and start drying the same day.

Does homeowners insurance cover water damage?

Sudden and accidental events such as burst pipes and appliance failures are usually covered. Gradual leaks, groundwater seepage and flood are usually excluded unless you carry specific endorsements. We document either way.

What does water damage restoration cost?

It depends on the category of water, square footage affected and how long it sat. Most of our residential water jobs are paid by insurance; for self-pay customers we give a written Xactimate or Symbility estimate before any work beyond emergency stabilization.

Can I stay in my home during drying?

Usually yes. Drying equipment is loud and warm, and some rooms may be off limits. Sewage or mold jobs are different; we will tell you plainly if you should stay elsewhere.

Do you do the rebuild too?

Yes. We are a licensed Pennsylvania home improvement contractor. The same company that dries your home puts the drywall, flooring and trim back.
