Questions
Frequently asked questions
Does homeowners insurance cover water damage?
Usually yes for sudden and accidental events such as a burst pipe, a failed water heater or an appliance overflow. Long-term seepage, groundwater and flood are typically excluded unless you carry a sewer-backup or flood endorsement. We tell you what we see before work starts and document everything for the claim.
How fast can you get here?
We run 24/7 emergency response across Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties. For active water, crews typically arrive within 60 to 90 minutes in Lower Bucks and Northeast Philadelphia, and within two hours across the rest of our service area. Call (610) 215-7111 and a person answers.
How long before water damage turns into mold?
Mold can begin growing on wet drywall, wood and carpet within 24 to 48 hours. The faster water is extracted and the structure is dried, the less likely remediation becomes part of the job.
Are you a basement waterproofing company?
No. We are a restoration company. We dry, clean and treat wet basements, seal leaking foundation cracks and rebuild finished spaces. We do not install full-perimeter drain systems or exterior membranes; if your basement needs that, we will say so and refer you.
Do you work with my insurance company directly?
Yes. We write estimates in Xactimate or Symbility, provide photo and moisture documentation, and communicate with your adjuster. Where your policy allows an assignment of benefits, we can bill the carrier directly.
Water where it shouldn't be?
Crews dispatch 24/7. Call now and talk to a person, not a call center.
