Emergency Water Extraction in Greater Philadelphia
Standing water is the one restoration problem that gets more expensive by the hour. Our crews run truck-mounted and portable extraction around the clock across Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties, and we start drying the same visit.
When to call
Call for extraction when
There is standing water of any depth
Even a half inch across a room is hundreds of gallons soaking into subfloor and drywall.
Carpet or pad squishes underfoot
Pad holds water like a sponge; it rarely survives and the subfloor under it needs to dry.
Water came from a sewer, toilet or outside
That is Category 3 water. It needs extraction plus disinfection, not just a wet-vac.
A pipe burst while you were away
Days of water means saturated framing. Extraction first, then aggressive drying.
Water ran through the ceiling
It is sitting on top of the drywall below. We extract from above and below.
Your sump pump failed in a storm
Groundwater keeps coming until the pump is back. We extract and stage drying while you sort the pump.

Questions
Emergency extraction FAQs
How fast can you get to me?
We dispatch 24/7. Typical arrival for active water is 60 to 90 minutes in Lower Bucks and Northeast Philadelphia, and within two hours across the rest of our service area.
Should I turn off the water or power?
Shut the main water valve if the source is a plumbing failure. Cut power at the breaker to any area where water is near outlets or equipment. Do not stand in water to do either.
Can I just rent a wet-vac?
For a small clean-water spill on hard floor, maybe. For carpet, drywall, or anything over a few gallons, consumer equipment leaves the subfloor and framing wet and the mold clock keeps running.
Do you charge for the emergency call?
We give you the emergency scope and cost before equipment is placed. For insured losses, extraction and drying are typically billed to the claim.
